Works with Technical Lead. Excellent knowledge in .NET (VB.NET & ASP.NET), SQL, and Oracle.Assists with User Interface(UI) and web-services related architecture and technical design. Development and maintenance of database systems as it interfaces with various .NET solutions. Coordinates and develops process automation/job scheduling. Perform testing, code review. Performs defect analysis. Very good analytical and problem solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills. Team player.

Skills Required:

Ø 3+ years experience in developing ASP.NET and VB.NET interface/integration solutions using Microsoft Team Foundation Services (TFS). Working experience with .NET Framework #.#, ISS, WCF, etc.

Ø 3+ years working as a systems analyst with progressive experience working with complex database environments.

Ø 3+ years experience writing requirement specifications, design documents, and system flow diagrams for Information Systems using MS Office Suite.

Ø 3+ years hands-on experience working with databases e.g. SQL Server, Oracle.

Ø 3+ years hands-on experience with writing SQL; stored procedures, etc.

Daily Responsibilities:

1)Create VB.NET and ASP.NET solutions that interfaces with various databases and application systems.

2)Developer works independently enough to understand the requirement, create design , come up with unit test cases, create the application interfaces/services, work with QA to resolve issues, take responsibility to take the code all the way to production.

3)Create design and supporting documentation for the .NET application being delivered.

Nice to have skills:

Health care/health insurance experience is desirable.

College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.

The position requires a person with a strong technical and customer interaction skills. The person will be involved in consulting roles for multiple customers deployment of the Apigee products. The responsibilities will be that of a senior solutions engineer or architect, who can work with both internal implementation and support teams as well as customers to troubleshoot, diagnosis, and remediate customer issues.

The candidate must have prior experience with handling customer technical interaction on a regular or full time basis.

Key responsibility areas for this role are:

o Knowledge transfer from Apigee implementation teams on customers implementations of the product.
o Hands-on diagnostic and repair skills including network infrastructure, operating system level, and application specifically related to web services and associated technologies.
o Customer skills including handling issue discussions and real-time urgent status reporting to both technical and management resources.

Apigee customers are geographically spread across the globe The candidate will need to be open to working European and US business hours daily.
Co-ordination with product management and engineering teams on potential product enhancements.

Ability to create client confidence in real-time technically demanding situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills of low-level technical details.

The candidate:

1. MUST have hands on experience with XML infrastructure (XML Schemas, XSLT, etc.), Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, REST, Security standards, etc.), system configuration such as LDAP or database, Java coding and configuration of various integration / messaging end points such as JMS and HTTP(S) interfaces.
2. Should have product customization experience.
3. Experience in Web technologies such as Ruby on Rails, PHP, HTML and JavaScript is desirable.
4. Prior experience in the transaction processing middleware/integration domain is highly desired.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Required
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Information Technology projects in the roll of business analyst or systems analyst
• Minimum of four (4) year college degree majoring in computer science or engineering field or majoring in non-technical field with demonstrated work experience in systems development
