Ensure Incident Management process as per the process defined at TJX

Drive SMTD and proactive Improvement Programs

Measure & Report the Support Metrics at regular agreed intervals

Incident Management activities & Drive issue resolutions

Escalation Point for any Integration issues

Skill Set

Expertise in XSLT, WSDL, XSD,WM

Awareness DP Knowledge

Good communications skills – presentation and reporting, written.

Strong knowledge of integration concepts.

Tools expertise and process knowledge.

Working experience on managed file transfers

Knowledge of interface standards

Good understanding of application requirements
