Experience :

Strong Business Process Optimization (BPO) skills with a demonstrated track record of improving operational performance
IT Service Management process assessment, analysis, design blueprinting, documentation and implementation experience, preferably working for a provider of IT services. ITIL Foundations or higher certification, IIBA and/or Six Sigma (Green Belt) preferred
Demonstrated hands on ability to utilize tools required to be effective
Established track record managing multiple projects in complex, highly matrixed environments; PMP certification preferred
Ability to interact well with people, problem solve, facilitate teams, appropriately confront issues, motivate individuals and groups, and to plan, organize and direct the activities of team members

- Provides requirement analysis and evaluations for proposed data management software products and solutions. Develops or directs the development of utilities used for the monitoring, tuning and analysis of database systems. Stays current on data management technologies and directions.

- Projects long-range requirements for database administration and design in conjunction with other managers in the information systems function.

- Consults with application programmers, technical staff and end users in troubleshooting and improving application response time and availability. Performs database performance monitoring and analysis and proactively implements needed adjustments.

Skills Required:

- 10 years Database administration experience, preferably in a large IT organization
