REQUIRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in using combination of the following technologies:
5+ years hands on experience with WebSphere application servce (7.x) administration IBM HTTP Server & application architecture in Enterprise computing environment;
3+ years experience in WebSphere Network Deployment architracture and administration;
5+ years experience in UNIX/LINUX environment;
3+ years experience with Shell scripts development to automate repeatable tasks; strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience in installing and administering middleware products like MQSeries and iWay ESB etc. is desirable but not required. Experience in configuring WebSphere Application Diagnoistics to debug application is desirable but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, configure and administer WebSphere infrastructure deployed in clustered mode under z/Linux to provide high availability and fault tolerance. Demonstrate hands on experience with Websphere 7.x, tuning, configuration, sizing, clustering, deployment and problem resolution. Work closely with the technical Architects; contribute to solution design from an Infrastructure and Deployment perspective. Define, develop and enforce infrastructure setup and deployment standards and procedures. Support the development team as needed in the migration of software releases and the deployment/integration parts of the solution.
Expected Deliverables: Code, Code QA, support during migration.
POSITION : TECHNICAL SYSTEM ANALYST

· The systems analyst is a key member the execution of all projects in the customer.
· This person is a true technical team member that will act as the liaison between the business and development teams.
· This person is the glue that holds the teams together.
· This person is responsible for all of the applications design for the applications.
· This person will take business requirements and user needs and turn them into technical design documents for the developers to create the applications from .
· This person also will be heavily involved in the development of SQL for data processing and performing all of the backend testing for the applications.
· This person will act as the main point of contact for the database development of the applications.
· This person will be a very analytical person that can create robust applications.
· The ideal candidate will be someone for a development background that wants to get into a more business centric role.
· This project is a major 3 yr initiative that TEK global services just won.
· We are providing around 70 resources for these projects that will span the next three years.
· These people need to be senior level and able to hit the ground running.
· TEK currents and formers will have priority over other candidates. These developers need to be able to make our company look good.
Top 3 Skills:
· 5+ years heavy development experience with SQL.
· 5+ years experience as a technical systems analyst with heavy experience in functional specifications and design documents.
· Prior experience in options and derivatives clearing. True backend clearing experience.

LOCATION: LONG ISLAND, NY
DURATION: LONG TERM
Required Skills :
· Extensive Java 1.5 (strong)
· SQL (strong)
· Struts 2.0 framework (Hands on experience)
· The interview is completely based on Java and Oracle with good scripting experience. Mostly a strong Java and Oracle candidate.
· Candidate should be strong in Java, J2EE, Oracle Database and some decent exposure to scripting. Technically solid candidate needed
