Requirements :
· Responsible for leading the design and support of enterprisewide business intelligence applications and architecture.
· Works with enterprisewide business and IT senior management to understand and prioritize data and information requirements.
· Solves complex technical problems. Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that add value to the user.
· Creates testing methodology and criteria.
· Designs and coordinates a curriculum for coaching and training customers in the use of business intelligence tools to enhance business decision-making capability.
· Develops standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems.
· Develops data/information quality metrics. Researches new technology and develops business cases to support enterprisewide business intelligence solutions.
· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
· Typically has 7 to 10 years of experience with large and complex database management systems, business intelligence tools and systems.
· Administration - Business Analysis
· Gather and document requirements 3+ Yrs.
· Administration - Project Management
· Strong verbal communications skills with ability to clearly present information and ideas to groups
· Information Technology - Application Development
· Application Development and design experience using Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010 3+ Yrs.
· Information Technology - Architecture
· Microsoft BI tools 2+ Yrs.
· Information Technology - Databases
· Data Warehouse - Experience in data warehouse design and development 3 Yrs.
· MS SQL Server 3+ Yrs.
· Information Technology - Languages/Tools
· MS Dynamics CRM 2+ Yrs.
· PowerPivot for SharePoint 2+ Yrs.
· SQL Server BI Tools (Report Builder) 3+ Yrs.
· SQL Server GIS 2+ Yrs.
· SSAS 3+ Yrs.
· SSIS 3+ Yrs.
· SSRS 3+ Yrs.
· Information Technology - Server Support
· Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2+ Yrs.
