Job Title: Oracle Forms/Reports Developer

Location: Memphis, TN

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

1. Demonstrate team leadership skills – technically and people management skills.
2. Understand the requirements and coordinate with BA for any clarifications.
3. Come up with solutions, system design and walkthrough with Solution Architect.
4. Prepare LOE (Level of effort), ROMs etc.
5. Prepare the design documents as required by the processes/ standards set by ESI.
6. Plan, setup and drive meetings with developers distributed globally to clarify requirements/technical design.
7. Review the code changes.
8. Review high level test cases.
9. Plan and support all production releases.
10.Coordinate with other tech leads and complete impact analysis for releases.
11.Attend and provide inputs in meetings with various stake holders ranging from developers through Sr. Directors.
12.Work with various teams like DBA, Mid Tier, QA and Dev team to be in sync with the release
13.Create change request for the release.
14.Coordinate with the Release team.
15.Ability to drive development team towards successful development and deployment.
16.Review test results thoroughly and ensure compliance with requirements at all times.
17.Attend Gate Reviews to ensure that the development team progresses forward without any issues.
