Overview:

The Senior IAM Developer is responsible for developing and implementing solutions per architecture and design documents.

The Senior IAM Developer may also assist in gathering requirements to translate them into the architecture.

The Senior IAM Developer will:

• Interpret requirements to effectively design, develop and deploy solutions for single sign on (SSO), identification and authorization, user access management, directory services, and other administrative needs according to the defined business needs of the customer

• Work in various operating system environments and provide assistance with software configurations, troubleshooting and access controls

• Apply knowledge of security protocols, information processing and software maintenance in day to day activities; support multiple IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions, including CA SiteMinder/IdentityMinder, IBM Security Suite (formerly Tivoli), and Oracle IAM to ensure they are up to date and operational

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects and other relevant IT team members to plan architectures for the management and assurance of services

• Research and analyze existing external systems and provide recommendations for interfaces

• Provide technical documentation regarding the IAM solution, as needed

• Follow technical direction and work to complete tasks on time and on budget

• Assist with testing, debugging and problem resolution to produce required solution

• Maintain industry/technical knowledge base and facilitate/maintain industry relationships

• Demonstrate commitment to providing customer-focused quality service

• Support assigned systems with on-call availability and respond within agreed upon timeframes

• Perform other relevant duties based upon experience

Responsibilities:

• Three (3) or more years of recent experience with user provisioning with CA IAM web-based product suite for enterprise wide systems, single sign-on solutions for internal and external users, identity federation, directory integration and/or design; understanding of identity vs. account concept

• Two (2) or more years of experience implementing federation using SAML 2.0 Web SSO Profile

• Hands on experience with CA SiteMinder and IdentityMinder

• Recent hands-on experience with CA integration and SAML 2.0 Web SSO, with a strong preference for someone who can do at least some coding in Java

• Three (3) or more years of demonstrated experience with IAM integration, including writing custom code

• Three (3) or more years of recent experience with one or more directory-based services: Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, Sun One LDAP, and/or IBM Directory Server

• Detailed knowledge of Security and J2EE standards such as Struts, EJB3, WSDL, JML, Web 2.0 and/or WSRP

• Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies and tools and XML integration, including XML-Schema, XML-RPC, XML-SOAP, and/or Web Services/SOA Solutions

• Two (2) or more years of recent experience developing applications using Java/J2EE, C++

Description:
An automation tester for Cloud services, particularly CaaS, PaaS, MDM/MEAP, StaaS. A good familiarity with these services is essential. The automation tester will be responsible for creating and executing automated scripts from User Stories as part of the Agile Scrum team. A software automation tester must gain an understanding the scope of a project. Either independently or in a group setting, she or he creates a testing plan based on the parameters outlined from the design, joint requirements and system requirement meeting. The automation tester actively uses the software being tested, using every function and tool, searching for results regarding performance, reliability, bugs and any other failures. Detailed metrics are recorded and monitored to track the progress and outcomes of the testing process. Testing status is communicated either verbally or in writing to the manager, project lead and external team. At the conclusion of testing, the tester is expected debug failures and perform other tasks required by the manager, and/or project lead. A software automation tester must have an understanding of computer programming.

The automation tester must also possess a strong interest in technology and its advancement. Interpersonally, the automation tester must be able to immediately gain credibility with the programmers by being an effective and tactful oral communicator, remaining ethical and honest and understanding the application being tested. The automation tester must also be able to speak in layman's terms to any

nontechnical colleagues or clients. An astute sensitivity to detail is required, noticing not only what is there but also what it not. Additionally, candidates possessing a high level of customer service and a drive to perform exceptional work tend to succeed within this role.

Skills Required:
Prior QA automation experience in mutli-org Agile development environment is a must
Must have at least 3 years of automated testing experience in an Agile environment
Knowledge of Test Management tools like HP Quality Center.
Knowledge of Test Automation tools like Selenium, QTP, Jenkins, Rally
Experience in Cloud area would be plus.
Experience with VMware products.
API interface testing experience.
Knowledge of using UNIX shell scripts and basic UNIX commands.
Know HTTP, HTTPS protocol specification.
