Please let me know if you have any consultants for below Job need.

 

Position: SAP SD AFS

 

Location: Michigan.

 

Duration: 6Months

 

 

This person needs to be an SAP AFS expert with at least 4 years of AFS experience (or 3 years if they have international experience).

 

The implementation is finished but the client is having problems. The biggest issue is that after the implementation the team moved on to other projects before working out the bugs and issues post-implementation. There are not many people on the AFS team but I do not know the exact number.

 

The need for a consultant is that the AFS manager has a few ad hoc projects that need to be addressed.  The main issues relate to international issues and module enhancements.

 

The rate is open. The project will last 2-3 months, but I was told that they do not fully understand all the problems/remediation needed so it may go longer.

 

 

 

Needs 4+ years experience with AFS and International is a "huge" plus.

 

The following is a "snap-shot" of the responsibilities of the person in that role.

 

·      SAP AFS Order Fulfilment functional lead for European offices and brands.

·      Responsible for and configured all aspects of SD including Order Management, Pricing, Availability Check, Credit Management, Allocation, Customer Master, Account Assignment, Billing, Intercompany Billing, Text and Output Control.

·      Lead rollouts for brands in Europe.

·      Implement AFS 3rd Party Order and Purchase to Order processes.

·      Set up and maintain AFS allocation jobs for European brands.

·      Configure SD, MM, FI and EDI related settings for Intercompany billing.

·      Design and implement a custom pricing load program which outputs a "template" file for any SD or MM pricing condition based the key combination the user chooses, and allows the data file to be uploaded and automatically recognizes the condition type and table to be loaded.

·      Perform technical and functional mapping between two different SAP AFS installations for a systems merge project working in conjunction with SAP's SLO group.

·      Provide support for Customer Service and Merchandising users in 9 offices in 7 countries for 8 brands.

Client is looking for Technical lead - Port St. Lucie, Florida. This is for a  long-term Contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE.

 

Principal Function:

This position is responsible for leading the PEGA development efforts of the Liberty Business Innovation Center .  Design, develop, implement, and maintain new business application using PEGA framework.  Provide direction and management to development staff and supervise the development phases of all new and existing projects.

 

Essential Duties:

(Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned)

1.      Responsible for managing major projects as well as multiple mid/small projects in a PEGA environment.

2.      Manage all aspects of the project including development, implementation, and maintenance using traditional SDLC methodologies.

3.      Follow and adhere to all CMI guidelines and aadopt all policy and procedures supporting SDLC/CMMI.

4.      Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, senior management, and other contacts.

5.      Manage team members work assignments, conduct technical training, mentor existing personnel. Evaluate individual team member performance against company standards and complete timely and quality reviews.

6.      Identify process improvements and best practices across projects and department objectives. Strong technical skills required both to aid in technical architecture design and coding to help meet project deadlines.

7.      Guide the development and maintainance of project work plans status, schedules and deliverables.

8.      Maintain and manage an acceptable level of service for each business application area. This service level includes response time; availability, ticket/defect triage; and information and user access controls.

9.      Support departmental initiatives for organizational growth and grow staff to assure maintenance of a viable succession plan.

10.  Lead, manage and motivate application development teams in the support and enhancement of software running in a high volume production environment.

 

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

 

Education/Experience:

BA/BS required; Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent desirable; and ten plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: (List the licenses, certificates or registrations that are required to perform the essential duties of this job).

 

Computer Skills

Required:  

1.      PEGA systems frameworks.  Good understanding of other development environments (e.g., UNIX, Java, and web development techniques).

2.      Relational Database Design skills would be helpful

4.      Good understanding of software architecture and the ability to work with lead engineers at a technical level to design flexible, scalable, and secure systems.
