JOB TITLE   :   Sr.Java Developer
Location        :   St.louis,MO
Duration       :   24 months
Rate               :   $60/Hr
 
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS TECHNICAL PHONE SCREEN AND HAVE THE LEAD PIECE
Someone who is a solid developer who will spend 80% of time coding, 20% tracking tasks, planning, estimation and reporting. Responsible for themselves and a portion of the time of another resource. This team will grow and those people will report to this lead. Initially resources will be onshore, eventually some will be located offshore. This person absolutely has to have good enough comm. Skills to speak and work with end client leads and team members. Has to be assertive and not need hand holding.
 
Required Sills :
Java, Spring, SOA, hibernate and working in an Agile environment, but that experience is not necessary.
