Job Description:
This person will work closely with the advanced method team in support of IPS's Mobile Wallet project. He/she will receive directions from the analytic lead and will be involved in the analytic process design, data exploration, model development, model execution, and result validation. He/she needs to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and a solid track record in applying technical skills in day to day business. This candidate needs to have extensive experience in statistical model development (both non parametric and parametric) and strong data mining techniques. Preferred to have worked with large amount of consumer data, especially credit card and debit card portfolio data.
Skills:
Key skills: SAS, R, MS SQL, UNIX.
Secondary skills: Teradata.
Optional skills: Hadoop, Hive and/or Pig
