Personal Specification:
Passionate about empowering the business with SOA, event processing, BPM, and other technologies.
Must be self-disciplined, self-motivated, and highly inquisitive.
Must be willing to become SME on new technologies.
Must be a leader in driving solutions.
Recognizes that there are multiple ways to solve a complex problem using technologies that are perhaps less familiar, and analyzes the options to make an informed decision with only minimal guidance.
Must demonstrate business acumen.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with the technologies (or similar) listed above.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or demonstration or significant relevant work experience.
In depth knowledge of process automation concepts.
Must be a hands on leader that can design, code, and unit test complex software components and systems to a high level of quality.
Must be willing to produce consistent and well maintained documentation.
Demonstrates good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Must be willing to work with geographically dispersed teams.
