Senior BA/Accounting Systems Analyst-    Will be responsible for system specification gathering, testing, and report writing of the PeopleSoft financial applications, supportive activities in the PeopleSoft production and development environments, including system incidences and enhancements. This person will also be the liaison between Finance and IT. We are looking for someone on the more functional side of PeopleSoft that has solidified processes through the application.

1)      Senior PeopleSoft HRMS with strong technical experience with PeopleSoft Enterprise v.8.8 or above. These individuals will be responsible for business process analysis, systems analysis, systems design, development, testing, deployment and support of HR, Payroll, Manager Self Service, Employee Self Service, Time and Labor and Base Benefits information processing. Primary eligibility criteria are:

  • 7+ yrs experience maintaining, updating, and creating PeopleSoft application customizations and reports (including SQR, PS/Query, Cobol processes, etc.)
  • 7+ yrs experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools v.8.46 or above (including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Package, Process Scheduler, etc.)
  • Prior Upgrade Experience including the retrofitting of customizations
  • Responsible for being a technical subject matter expert on the PeopleSoft HRMS application, modules HR, Payroll, Manager Self Service, Employee Self Service, Time and Labor and Base Benefits
  • Advanced SQL and tuning experience
  • Experience with compare tools
  • Experience with Integration Broker, Application Messaging, and other integration tools on the PeopleSoft Enterprise platform a plus
  • Experience integrating PeopleSoft Enterprise with multiple legacy systems, and conversions of legacy systems to PeopleSoft HRMS
  • Full SDLC proficiency
  • Experience with Oracle 10g or above and Unix AIX 5.3 or above
  • Strong team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
