Job Description:
- High level understanding and screening capability in various technologies / tools.
- Good understanding US Staffing statutory requirements , HR and contracting process.
- Good experience in w2 , C2C , Contract to hire positions .
- Expert in sourcing candidates from Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and Corp-Corp etc.
- Working closely with Resource Manager / Account Manager to anticipate requirements and identify potential resource pool.
- Excellent communication skill
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 6 months-4 years of experience in Recruiting.
- Hands on experience of working with direct clients (or) preferred Vendors.
