Description :
Automation Tester
The candidate MUST have strong test automation strategy and planning experience and be able to work closely with the business, product owners, environment management, portfolio management, and project teams to ensure an enterprise-wide test automation strategy is designed and implemented to fit their needs in the System Integration Test Environment. The candidate will design the test automation strategy, taking into account any planning and automation already implemented
Have QA experience in a software environment planning, designing, and executing all types of testing
. ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED :
Ø Minimum of 5 years of QA and testing experience for test automation strategy and planning across the enterprise
Ø Software Development Experience within C++
Ø 2 years -Automated testing experience
Ø 2 years -Experience with scripting language(s) - Python is desired.
Ø Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and management of test automation metrics and test results
Ø Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, presentation, and project management skills a must.
Ø Strong leadership skills that motivate team confidence to achieve and maintain quality in a creative and effective manner.
Ø Have a passion for achieving excellence in process and product quality and reliability
Ø Strong understanding of different software development life cycles such as waterfall, iterative (Agile/Scrum), etc. and the use of modern software quality assurance processes and automated tools
Ø Have experience in managing and working with distributed team members
Ø Be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
Ø Ensure delivery against all QA strategic goals and objectives
Ø Healthcare testing experience is a big plus
