Required:
· Windows Application & Virtualization Support
o Supplier will provide overall support, deployment and monitoring of various internal applications written in java and asp.net based on Microsoft Windows.
o Support for various off the shelf applications including Citrix, Onbase, Captiva OCR, Enterprise File Transfer, and Rightfax.
o Monitoring of systems for system performance problems and recommend or implement solutions to improve system scalability and robustness.
o Other activities include:
§ Virtualization support based on VMWare ESX
§ Responding to internal & external customer issues regarding IT operations.
§ Tracking current security threats and performing remediation.
§ Performing root cause analysis for outages and issues.
§ Providing internal developer support.
§ Assisting with new projects for ongoing product innovation.
