Skills Needed:

      Person should have strong knowledge and experience in the following areas of SAP FICO –

-       General Ledger,

-       Accounts Receivables,

-       Accounts Payables,

-       SAP Treasury,

-       Fixed Assets,

-       Special Purpose Ledger,

-       Cost Element Accounting,

-       Cost Center Accounting,

-       Internal Orders,

-       Product Cost Controlling,

-       Profitability Analysis,

-       Profit Center Accounting

-       Taxes and Duties

 

         Should have good functional background and experience also in a manufacturing company – preferably CPG

 

         Should have SAP experience in a manufacturing company – preferably CPG

 

         Should have at least 3 end-to-end implementations and roll-outs of SAP

 

         Should have SAP Support experience in at least 5 projects

 

         Should have thorough knowledge of SAP system configuration.  Example: account determination, copy control rules, output determination, credit management settings, pricing procedure set-up, rebate processing settings, etc.

 

         Should have thorough knowledge and experience in integration of SAP FI and CO to SAP SD, MM, PP, APO. SRM, CRM, BPC

 

         Experience with and understanding of lockbox processing.

 

         Experience working with custom development within SAP such as writing functional specifications to be handed off to ABAP development team.  Experience in preparing specifications for forms, reports and user exit coding.

 

         Ability to converse with representatives from the SCJ business to resolve production problems and issues, identify possible enhancements for improved efficiencies,

 

         Highly detailed, motivated, customer service-oriented and self-sufficient with a high degree of interpersonal skills and sensitivity.

 

         Excellent organizing, planning, prioritization and multiple task management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Proactively applies both business process expertise and SAP global template knowledge to troubleshoot problems and identify process and reporting improvement for their business partners. This would be in the form of new business processes, SAP changes/enhancements, BW reporting, or cost effective work-a-rounds.

 

2.    Serves as the liaison/change agent Business Relationship Manager between business clients and the Global COE to ensure system designs reflect the realities of front-line work.

 

3.    Analyzes the business needs versus the global template design in order to determine an appropriate solution.

 

4. Manages/coordinates projects, upgrades, changes or enhancements appropriately, including:

A) Project Plan and status reports

B) Working closely with the Super Users/Clients, ensures appropriate testing is developed and completed for all changes and appropriate sign-offs are gained prior to changes moving into production.

C) Coordinate and communicate appropriately all integration points between BPT teams.

D) Providing needed training and establishes solid communication channel with clients to avoid surprises with regard to any system changes, enhancements, upgrades, projects, etc.

 

5.    Works within the established work management process to ensure requests are assigned appropriate priority and completed with quality information to ensure they are processed through BPT in a timely manner.

6.    Ensures policies and procedures are followed with all recommendations. Reviews corporate policies and performance measures and recommends improvements/changes to policies and performance measures as appropriate.
