Title: Security Engineer (RSA enVision)
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 1 year
Must-haves
In depth experience with intrusion detection (IDS and IPS).
At least 6 years of experience in infrastructure security (Network Engineer, Security Engineer, etc).
Previous experience in SIEM (Security Information Event Manager) tool (RSA enVision)
Deployed, installed and configured the RSA enVision tool twice.
Provide security incident solutions to engineers and business units.
Previous experience maintaining compliance standards.
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment and interface with vendors.
Plusses
Security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, SANS)
SIEM vendor certifications
GIAC Certification
Day-to-Day
This candidate will be the point of contact for the RSA enVision tool which is a product of SIEM (Security Information Event Management). They will be responsible for adminstering and resolving security incident events found by the enVision tool. The candidate will manage small scale projects and help make security and compliance recommendations to the client. They will also manage vendor partners and track performance to ensure the SLA is being followed.
