Job description:
Participate on an PeopleSoft HCM upgrade from PeopleSoft 8.3 to PeopleSoft 9.1 or a reimplementation project. Serve as a PeopleSoft 9.1 functional expert for detailed Fit Gap sessions. Work within a team environment to deliver a complete Fit Gap document between the PeopleSoft 8.3 environment and the PeopleSoft 9.1 environment. This position will report to a Project Manager from SAIC and will have high involvement with customers.
Quals/Education:
— Experience with multiple PeopleSoft HCM implementations as a lead functional consultant
— Experience with multiple PeopleSoft HCM upgrades as a lead functional consultant
— Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1
— Expertise with the several of the following modules (the more the better): Payroll, Benefits Administration, ePerformance, eRecruit, and Succession Planning
—Experience driving Fit Gap sessions
— Ability to work with high levels of management, technical team members, and functional customers.
— Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
