5 years commercial experience designing and building high-volume web sites using Java.
Excellent understanding of and demonstrated success in using Java, SQL, Object-oriented design, Servlets, JavaScript, CSS, XHTML.
Commitment to test-driven development.
Familiarity with continuous development environments such as CruiseControl.
Strong Object-oriented design and programming skills.
Excellent SQL programming skills and understanding of good database design.

I think you can think of it not as per programming language but as application needs,
ReplyDeleteApart from code basics such as Static variables, loops, classes, OOP, packages, to get the Job you should at least know what every application needs in particular programming language (In your case JAVA).
