This customer needs functional help analyzing, configuring, and testing PeopleSoft eCompensation 9.1. The product changed significantly in version 9.1, so Compensation experience in past versions is not entirely relevant. The consultant would need at least some exposure to eCompensation 9.1.
- Must have 5+ years of Peoplesoft Functional HCM experience
- Must have 3 years of experience with Peoplesoft Recruiting/ TAM
- Must have eCompensation experience in recent projects.
- Must have eCompensation experience in recent projects.
- Must have experience/knowledge with Peoplesoft 9.1 implementation
- Must have excellent comm. skills
