- BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or comparable experience
- 5+ years experience in Java and Unix environment
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms & Object-Oriented design concepts
- Distributed systems / middleware / multithreaded experience
- Proficiency with relational database / SQL development
- C++ and .NET is a plus
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Legal domain expertise & experience working on legal research platforms a strong plus.
