Need Systems Engineer

Location: Dublin, OH

Duration: 6 Months

Skills:

•2+ years experience with IBM Tivoli Network Monitoring, Netcool Onmibus, Netcool Impact, Tivoli Common Reporting, and Tivoli Data Warehouse

•2+ years Networking Experience

•2+ years application administration experience

•Ability to establish MTTRAPD rules, capture syslogs, develop poll policies, develop SNMP traps

•Familiarity with Systems Development lifecycle methodologies – particularly requirements and detailed design

•Familiarity with service management delivery including processing of incidents, problems, changes, and events

•Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills

•Strong oral and written communication skills

Good coordination and organization skills
