we have 3-4 open positions in Java/J2EE for a Developer role. The primary skill-sets required are

 

 

-          Strong experience of about 6-7 years in Java/J2EE development and implementation.

-          E-Commerce domain is strongly preferred so the profile must contain it in order to be short-listed.

-          Experience in the Agile environment is a must so the profile should contain that as well.

-          Knowledge of XML, HTML and Websphere are other additives in the profile.

-          Spring, Hibernate, JBoss and AJAX will be an added advantage though I do not expect a lot of questions on those topics.

-          The client is very particular in screening on the implementation part so the candidate should be able to deal with a few questions on design and implementation.

-          Good communication skills will definitely be a bonus for selection.
