MULTIPLE Systems Analyst role – these are NOT Business Analysts but true Systems Analysts who are Technical! 

 

 I have managers that need just general SA's and then ones with specific experience in the following areas: ICD10 Claims,  Mobile Applications Projects, and RUP.

 

Stage III Systems Analysts are experts in the systems, programming languages and tools used in the IT industry. Must have an extensive knowledge of SQL. They understand the requirements gathering methodologies and the Application Development Life Cycle. They have a deep understanding of the organization's core processes and tools, specifically related to the Provider Information Platform utilized. Systems Analysts (SA's) provide comprehensive consultation to technical staff and business unit clients in recommending solutions to business problems. Responsible for the design of systems and their subsystems, utilizing an understanding of available system architecture, tools, capabilities, computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and other technical considerations. SA's prepare detailed system requirements, specifications and documents (e.g., detailed enough so that programs may be written or modified.) They provide consultative services through all phases of the Application Development Life Cycle and they support the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of design decisions.
