Must Have
3+ years experience in the development of web based applications (PHP, MySQL as well as other web technologies) 
5+ years of experience in front-end technology with JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, and HTML. 
Ability to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous projects with challenges deadlines. 
Ability to understand clients' needs and cultivate partnering relationships. Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, problem resolution and customer service. 
Ability to establish goals and set clear expectations. Ability to prioritize activities and work tenaciously to achieve goals. 
Detail-oriented, hard-working, creative, responsible individual with experience building web applications for high-traffic media rich websites.
