Short Description: SAP SD Configuration Functional Specialist
Full Description:
This role is a Configuration / Process role, not a Programming/Analyst Skill set. Those who have solely programming will not be considered. Functional skills are what we're targeting, although programming background can also be very useful.
Supporting the SD Solutions Team – Focusing on Order Management, Customer Master, Billing and Pricing
Working on Enhancement projects as well as smaller work requests.
The person will be responsible for addressing trouble tickets across the SD module, as well as acting as a Consultant to Team members and working on larger Maintain Viability projects.
*Detailed Application knowledge of SAP SD Modules across all areas; Order management, Distribution and Billing.
*Detailed Configuration knowledge of SAP SD Modules
*Detailed Configuration knowledge of Pricing
*Detailed Configuration knowledge of Order Management
*Knowledge of Integration between SAP SD Modules and other SAP Modules
*Knowledge of SAP SD user interface points
*Troubleshooting/Problem Solving skills are critical. This is the mindset we're looking for.
Must have 8 years of SAP SD Application / Configuration hands-on.
Language skills will be crucial, must not struggle to understand or be understood.
Will be working with business reps defining requirements and troubleshooting, much of this will be covered in the interviews, but they need to be confident and clear communications.
Note:
We're looking for a minimum of EIGHT YEARS EXPERIENCE from this point forward. Five years does not seem to reflect the depth of knowledge this group needs in this particular case.
