USA TECHNOLOGIES (3) SR. NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR CONTRACT 6MOS RATE: Open Location: Malvern, PA

Responsibilities:

The Network Administrator's responsibilities include: • • Network architecture planning o Work with the senior network admins to design and configure SA's enterprise environments (internal and external facing) with appropriate hardware, operating systems software, applications software, and communications components to support the business requirements. o Work with stakeholders to understand their networking requirements and oversee projects to satisfy these requirements. o Develop and document hardware and logical configuration plans for the network systems. • Network and systems implementation, maintenance and administration o Evaluate and recommend network software and hardware to support the enterprise systems. o Acquire and implement network systems to support the operating environment o Oversee network related projects from the design table to final deployment while ensuring maximum uptime. o Regularly assess the effectiveness of network hardware, software, and communications performance in light of the stakeholder and organizational needs. o Monitor and administer network systems (including databases) to ensure optimal performance. Analyze and resolve network hardware, software, and communications issues using diagnostic software and/or technical troubleshooting processes. o Ensure the team's delivery of high quality customer service to internal customers (and indirectly, external customers) through the support of the SA help desk • Policies & procedures o Assist with designing, documenting and maintaining the processes, policies and procedures necessary to support the optimal delivery of IS services and the overall technical operations of the IS infrastructure. o Responsible for the overall design and administration of the network and security infrastructure including firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems and endpoint protection. o Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures for the network and network resources. • Other o The Network Administrator is expected to be knowledgeable of all technical aspects of the voice and data network infrastructure. o Asset management and inventory control o This position will need to develop a working knowledge of all proprietary and COTS applications running on SA servers and workstations. o The Network Administrator will potentially also have Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) responsibilities for the standalone classified computer systems. Strict adherence to the Master System Security Plan (MSSP) is of paramount importance. The ISSM will also be responsible for yearly DSS audits and MSSP accreditation every 3 years   *Must be ISSM and  MSSP certified *Must have VMware Certification

 Avaya VoIP phone system administration experience Is a must
