Junior .Net Developer
Work Location : Lakeland , FL
Duration : 6 Months+
Rate : $40/hr C2C Max
Note : Locals Preferred , who can attend in-person interview
They're looking for a junior person . Probably looking at 1 – 4 years of experience, ideally with VB.net, but they would look at someone if they have a good .Net framework background.
They would need to take a .Net test and would have to personal interview in Lakeland. This would be a 6+ month contract that could start immediately.
Skills Required:
• 1-2 years experience with Microsoft VB.Net development.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience.
• Candidates must take the Previsor (now SHL) Programmer/Analyst Aptitude test and must score at least 3.0.
• Experience with COTS Applications preferred
• Experience with content management is helpful
• Must have Microsoft Word, Excel and Access skills
Work Description:
• Assist with technical tasks related to preparation and conversion of software, such as catalog software inventory, verify existence of source code, execute tools to generate or convert source
code, perform code updates
• Assist with unit and integration testing and results validation.
• Create signs and modify sign templates, create POS configuration and menu changes, set up and support USCAN testing, quarterly updates for Aisle 7 kiosk content and make Access Database
modifications for Event Planner.
• Create and update standard project development documents, (such as CAB, testing, implementation, monitoring) and access requests based on input from experts
• Miscellaneous developer tasks as needed, such as creating, gathering and reporting log data, and creating spreadsheets, lists and schedules (such as pilot and mass).
