1. SharePoint Administration and Development - 2007
2. Experience creating, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting databases for SharePoint applications, interface with users to troubleshoot SharePoint Services problems,
3. Configure Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) sites and SharePoint Portal Server (MOSS)
4. Able to develop tools and procedures that assist with the maintenance and preservation of the web content and the SQL database.
5. Able to understand user requirements and develop effective solutions for them as required.
6. Visual Basic and Dot Net development experience
7. MS Excel knowledge
