Facets Configuration / Benefits - Business Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6 - 9 months

Interview: Phone only

Client: Confidential

 

Claim and Product Defect Resolution Specialist- Will analyze claims and defect details, and compare results against Product configuration to determine if Products are configured correctly. If not, determining what configuration changes are needed to the resolve defect. If yes, determine if the defect is the result of functionality not supported by Facets.  If functionality is not supported by Facets, determine what Custom solution needs to be put in place to provide required functionality.

Requirements (Primary):

·         Defect resolution and Application Support – Benefits and Claims

·         Write queries using MS Access and SQL

·         Complex FACETS Table Batch Reporting

·         Batch Reports on Plan ID's

·         Write complex back end queries in FACETS data tables

·         Resolve any defect in the Facets tables in claims and benefits

·         Facets Configuration and Benefits Analysis

·         3-6 years of direct FACETS Configuration experience

·         2 years of hands on Product build and benefits experience

·         Demonstrated knowledge of Facets, commercial medical and Medicare benefits and can run queries.

·         Facets troubleshooting experience

·         Claims Analysis background

 

Requirements:

·         Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or relevant work experience in business analysis, systems analysis and/or testing background.

·          3-6 years of direct Facets Configuration experience.
