·         It need to both understand and articulate administrative concepts for MQ and WMB (backup, recovery, DR, deployment, performance tuning, security, etc.)

·         Providing the deployment support and day-to-day administration for MQ and WMB - in version 7.

·         Should have strong knowledge in configuration manager administrative.

·         Strong communication skills, leadership role in IT direction and execution
