Required skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Ability to write the end-to-end design for CRM Web Channel/Biller Direct spanning both ABAP and JAVA Ability to work with teams on integration with existing systems such as BizTalk and Gatekeeper Ability to lead and gain consensus on design Design the foundation for JAVA development for these applications (such as code control, development method - central vs. de-central, etc.) Knowledgeable in XCM configuration Knowledgeable in NetWeaver Development Studio tools Knowledgeable in NWDI
Must have good communication skills(written and verbal) and be able to interact with senior management and lead/participate constructively in workshops to gather requirements. Must be able to co-lead the realization effort for this module with configuration and WRICEF reviews with the offshore team.
