Role: Business Analyst
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 10+ months contract

From a functional perspective, it’s key to have working knowledge of the regulatory capital space…specifically Basel 2, (2.5 or 3)

Responsibilities

·         Conduct analysis of current state workflows

·         Identify business requirements and develop future state workflow and functional design

·         Work closely with Regulatory Controllers to develop detailed reporting specifications

·         Development and execution of test plans

·         Work with technology to develop solutions in meeting business requirements

·         Coordinate and facilitate user activities (i.e. UAT, design reviews)

·         Maintain and track work against overall project plan

 

Experience

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral; confident in interaction with all levels of employees

·         Experience with Financial and/or Regulatory Reporting policies and processes

·         Experience with Regulatory and/or Financial Reporting applications

·         Experience in Financial Services industry

·         Understanding of Financial Services products

·         Prior experience in Financial Services industry
