We are looking for 12 strong Agile coaches to work for a large financial services firm.
Locations: New York NY, Dallas TX, Chicago IL, Tampa FL, Columbus OH
Job Duration: Till end of 2012 - the plan is to renew contracts at the end of year and continue their agile work during 2013.
Start date within the next three weeks.
Customer's Agile Coaches have two kinds of skills:
1) Process Facilitation skills aimed at getting agreement from the business stakeholders on the minimum viable product/project 2) engineering skills emphasizing the mechanics of continuous integration, burn-down charts and automation.
Customer's primary need is for Process Facilitation Agile Coaches -- to evolve the relationship with the business stakeholders, determine manageable projects and deliverables, and promote agile.
Business Stakeholders: Usually Operations staff (middle and back office) as well as product owners (like cash management products).
Candidates must have strong Agile coaching background.
