Job Title    :    Sr. PeopleSoft HRMS Developer
Location    :    Vienna, VA
Duration    :    12 + Months
Rate          :    $60/Hr

Sr. PeopleSoft HRMS Developer/Analyst (Must have Vrs. 9.1 experience)
 
Job Responsibilities:
Extensive functional experience with HRMS PeopleSoft 9.1
Support all phases of implementation and upgrades to PeopleSoft including gathering end user requirements and recommendations for best practice solutions
Create Functional and Technical design documents, test plans, test cases, scripts, and training documents. Assist in UAT for all upgrades and system enhancements Set up configuration of PSHR Core Tables
 
Assist HR Staff with interfaces to/from vendors, and support interfaces to payroll and other internal systems
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee and business information across all HR systems through periodic reviews and audits
Partner with Information Technology (IT) to identify and resolve any technical issues impacting HR data management
Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing HRIS systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems and processes Create, summarize, analyze, and interpret HR Data and metrics including but not limited to turnover, time to fill metrics, exit survey root cause analysis, employee engagement analysis
Fulfill ad hoc reporting and analysis request from HR organization and from Senior Management
Responsible for monthly reporting of key HR "dashboard" metrics
 
Experience Requirements
·         Advanced Access/Excel skills
·         5+ years experience in an HR environment working with PeopleSoft Systems.
·         Ability to work under pressure
·         Ability to handle multiple priorities
·         Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
·         Proven experience in database query, reporting tools, and database systems
·         Experience working with statistical databases and/or programs a plus
·         implementation experience with PeopleSoft HRMS; Experience with HCM version 9.1 and previous versions required
·         Support planning needed for the implementation by analyzing fit gap on current configuration and utilization of HRMS.
·         Minimum of 5 years working in a functional/business analyst role supporting Human Resource systems.
·         Gather and document detailed design and configuration specifications, validate requirements, resolve questions and concerns, and coordinate of project activities and user testing efforts.
·         Identify and document issues, provide alternatives and recommendations, and ensure changes follow identified processes and are submitted for review and final team approval.
·         Identify impacts that changes to system configurations will have on integrated systems and existing internal and external interface
