Understand out-of-the-Box Workforce Planning Functionality like Accounts, Entities, Data Forms, Smart lists, Menus, Business Rules and Security.
Ability to Customize Workforce Planning like Adding Performance
Rating, Bonus Frequency and Salary Adjustments.
Manage the Day to Day Technical and Functional Aspects of the Workforce Planning Application.
Participate in Weekly Status Meetings.
Functional Specialist in the Area of Payroll, Workforce Planning and Headcount Planning.
Specialized Skills in Solution Suite Along with ETL and Financial

Reporting Skills.
Responsible for Understanding the Source/Target Systems and their Data Structures /Formats.
Interaction with IT, Finance, and Business to Gathering Detail
Business, Functional and Technical requirements.
Design and Configuration of the Workforce Planning Application.
Preparation of Business, Functional and Technical Design Documents.
