5+ Years
SharePoint 2010, SharePoint Designer 2010, Visual Studio 2010 Hands On Experience on :  Profile Sync , Claim Authentication, Master Page , Layouts  and web parts.     Additional  Skills : HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT, VB script, Java script, and .Net (ASP/C#/VB),  Info Path.
·         Over 5 years of IT experience with excellent communication and analytical skills. ·         Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT, VB script, Java script, and .Net (ASP/C#/VB) ·         Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Visual Studio, Strong in graphical UI design.
·         Customizing SharePoint sites, creating web parts, master pages, page layouts, site definitions, content types, workflows,  wikis, and list templates with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio ·         Communicating with client and gathering requirement for any new enhancement or improvement in the application. ·         Estimating the total efforts that would be required to complete the enhancement or improvement task within timeline. ·         Analyzing the requirement with other team members and then preparing the high level and low level design. ·         Designing and developing ·         Preparing Knowledge Transition package for inducting trainees in the project ·         Analyzing and performing Impact Analysis. ·          Ensuring Code walkthrough & Inspection are carried out as per CMM guidelines and standards. Reviewing the programs for Standards ·         Debugging programs ·         Performing System Testing. ·         Evaluating and implementing new initiatives on process improvement and technology initiatives.
