• Experience on MicroStrategy 9 upgrades (Planning and execution) of Intelligent Server (on Unix), Web server, Narrowcast Server
• Experience working on Windows OS as well as UNIX
• Setting up Mobile BI environment for iPads
• Integrity Manager, Command Manager
• Experince in IQ/OQ documentation
• ScanMD and MD Doctor
• Written and verbal English communication skills
