Need a really good lead level CRM technical (ABAP + UI) consultant for Contract to Hire urgently – apart from being technically sound, the person should have good communication and be able to work with/coordinate the work of a team of offshore technical consultants.
Skills:
• Good knowledge of 1Order framework
• Worked on CRM 7.0 Web UI
• Middleware
• OO ABAP
• LSMW
• Knowledge of CRM Services processes
• Knowledge of Territory process
• Knowledge of Organization Management
• Basic knowledge of PFCG role analysis.
• Strong Communication skills and ability to work with onsite functional team as well coordinate deliverables of the offshore developers.

10+years SAP HR Payroll Consultant

Requirement:

10 + Years of experience in SAP HR/PY
Extensive hands-on experience on US Payroll and Benefits, including retirement plans
Worked on US payroll configuration
Should be able to engage in active discussions around payroll and benefits with client HR team members
Excellent Communication Skills
Knowledge of SAP Best Practices will be helpful

Role Description:
Support the application and technical architecture production implementation, and ensure that the final deliverable fulfills the requirements.

When applicable, work with the integration team to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
2-3 full life cycle implementation of Siebel (version 8.x), specifically Technical Architecture build for production environment.

3+ years of experience around Technical Architecture, Installation, Performance tuning, Database Administration, Environment Maintenance etc.
Experience with application deployment.
Ideally experience of Siebel EIM, EAI, Web Services, etc.
Other skills:
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Experience leading working sessions with client executives and other teams.
