Role : Test Lead

Location : Albany –NY

Duration : 6+ Months

Exp : 8+ years

NY-HX Tester:

Have thorough working experience in QA/Testing  various QA/Testing

   methodologies, complete SDLC understanding

Must have detailed test management experience with building and maintaining

   test plans, test suites, test cases, defects, test  scripts using

   Rational Quality Manager (RQM)

Should be detail oriented, have excellent writing & verbal communication

   and possess client facing skills, have vast knowledge of testing

   techniques to cover all possible corner cases for testing, verification

   and validation techniques

Should have hands on experience in very complex and large web based

   application (portal) testing built on Java, Web-sphere (presentation

   layer), DB2 LUW (backend database) and middleware (web-services, API

   calls testing using SOAP UI)

Have working knowledge of Microsoft Visio to develop flow diagrams/ process

   diagrams and have hands on knowledge of MS office like MS Word for

   documents, MS Excel for reporting etc.

Should have hands on working experience in writing SQL skills using joins

   for data validation from various data sources  using DB2 LUW

Sound hands on knowledge of healthcare insurance domain with testing EDI

   transactions

Extensive hands on functional knowledge of Rational Quality Manager for

   test management with collaboration with Rational Team Concert and

   Rational Requirement Composer

Hands on working knowledge of automation using Rational Functional Tester

   with understanding of healthcare insurance domain and wide-ranging

   working knowledge of building automation framework from scratch.

Also have understanding of selection process of automation framework for

   project with considering the various factors (for NY-HX project)

Have in-depth understanding of automation scripting language and proficient

   in building & maintaining functional libraries based upon selected

   automation framework

Working hands on experience of building and maintaining object repositories

   for automation scripts and also  hands on experience of conversion of

   manual scripts to automation scripts

Must be a team player, quick responsive, contributor, coordinator,

   cooperative, understanding, polite  and adaptive to accept changes in

   complex changing environment and must accept directions from seniors,

   colleagues and management

Should be ready to put extra efforts and help to other team members and

   also ready for late evening, weekend work to accomplish the given tasks

   for NY-HX high visible project
