Job Description:

Required Skills:

 

·         Solid understanding of the Pega Call product.

·         Total 5+ Years experience IT.

·         Certified in PRPC 6.1 or higher with experience with the CPM Healthcare framework (member services call center).

(3) Role: Pega Smart Dispute Consultant

Location: Weston, FL

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Job Description:

·         PRPC version 6.1

·         Smart dispute version: 4.2

·         Understanding the requirements in context of SD.

·         Proactive issue and risk escalation.

·         Self-motivated

·         SD financials is an added advantage
