Location : Austin, TX.

Duration : 6-12 month contract

Our hiring manager may be able to hire via phone or Skype. 

 

Specific Responsibilities will include
- Gather and analyze requirements for the applications as required by the target data center
- Evaluate the scope for implementing the requirements
- Understand and adhere to architectural best practices when enhancing applications
- Provide clear documentation and work with all stakeholders to socialize the solutions being built
- Demonstrate the software for various technical and non-technical users across the company
- Implement solutions that are highly secure

Qualifications
- BS in computer science 10+ years' experience designing and developing Java and JEE applications and spring based web applications using MVC architecture (Or)
- MS in Computer Science from an accredited university + 8+ years' experience designing and developing Java and JEE applications and spring based web applications using MVC architecture
- Experience with MVC framework architectures like STRUTS or Spring
- Experience with AJAX and AJAX/JavaScript libraries like JQUERY or PROTOTYPE
- Experience with Application Server like JBOSS, Tomcat, Weblogic or WebSphere
- Experience with DBMS like Oracle, Sybase, or MySQL
- Experience using development IDE like Eclipse, IntelliJ, or NetBeans
