Position Functions or Responsibilities:

This person will participate in the feasibility Study for DWH Redesign. The main goal of the project is to replatform mainframe DB2 to Unix. The bank also wants to enhance BI layer and address infrastructure gaps to support the new data environment.

The projects consist of the 3 work areas.

1. Looking at Mainframe codes for ETL and rewrite the spec to develop those for Informatica mapping/workflow

2. From the infrastructure capacity views, come up with the clustering techniques to create the most calible infrastructure architecture. The bank is migrating to BOBJ 4.0. Redesigning the existing data mart.

3. Redesign BI Reports on the mainframe for Unix. BOBJ is in the legacy environment. OBIEE is in the new environment. No business requirements for new report.

Business Objects SME Requirements

a. Experience and expertise in BOBJ SDK (Java and VBA)

b. BOBJ 4.0 migration (Upgrade from XI 3) experiences

c. 10 years BI reporting
