• Monitor and modify SAS server 9.3 and its resources for maintaining a stable environment.
• Configure and maintain SAS repositories .
• Plan and install SAS software and patches in Windows/UNIX environment.
• Managing SAS installation directory structures, servers setup, configurations and content.
• Configure and manage SAS interaction with 3rd-party software such as databases (Teradata/Oracle), web application servers, etc
• Support SAS users with platform errors, performance tuning, prevention of failures and optimizing the environment.
• Monitor storage growth and work with user areas,  to develop purge criteria.
• Coordinate with users and manage the deployment of content, code, and configuration changes to schedule production loads/jobs.
• Troubleshoot SAS-related performance issues, such as monitoring and logging SAS servers by optimizing memory usage or tuning servers for performance improvement.
• Create and manage user access control and workspace repository for SAS Information Map studio.
• Coordinate with IT management and infrastructure team to implement patches/maintenance releases / hot fixes, documentation, license and updates for SAS platform.
• Setup and maintain scheduled process for archival and back-up.
• Creating security schemes and controlling user access.
• Creating and adding users, groups, roles.
• Set up and secure metadata folder structures.
• Creating libraries and importing data.
