Job Code:Business Process Consultant for  SAP Data Migration
Work Location:Minneapolis

Relevant Experience (Yrs) :5 years' Experience as Data Migration business process consultant on SAP MM/P2P/PS streams and Knowledge on Cransoft Data Migration tool

Technical/Functional Skills :
•Experience in Data Validation process  like creating validation plan , cleansing , testing and validating release data  in SAP MM/P2P/PS areas
•Experience in detailed data testing and validation activities
•Facilitate, drive and measure progress on data cleansing activities performed by business data owners, and partner to ensure efficient and effective engagement.
•Experience Data Validation Cutover activities
•Experience in Functional documents review and understanding of Legacy to SAP data mapping
•Review all functional design conversion documents
•Cransoft knowledge is added advantage
Experience Required5 years' Experience as Data Migration business process consultant on SAP MM/P2P/PS streams and Knowledge on Cransoft Data Migration tool

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Partner with business and Data Management Lead Process Innovation Consultant to create approach and plan for cleansing, testing, and validating release data to ensure high quality data is delivered at cutover
•Ensure detailed data testing and validation activities are comprehensive and effective
•Facilitate, drive and measure progress on data cleansing activities performed by business data owners, and partner to ensure efficient and effective engagement.
•Execute data testing and validation for release data for cutover simulations leading up to and including production cutover
•Review all functional design conversion documents for the specific capability area being supported and understand detail mapping of legacy data to SAP data
•Review legacy data analysis and data profiles for the SAP Domestic program across core SAP
•Provide support to the project team to ensure the data conversion and data integration meets the needs of the business objectives established for SAP Domestic and confirm viability of the design to support all of Target's data
Generic Managerial Skills:Coordination with multiple development teams, vendor teams & onsite/offshore teams
Good written/verbal communication skills
