Job Title: SFDC/Veeva Architect

Location: West Point, PA

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

• SFDC/Veeva certified
• At least have done 3 – 4 major integration work done using SFDC/Veeva and other sources  such as Customer Master, Product Master, Samples , Alignment Master etc., in medium large pharma companies
• Experience in setting up integration architecture for cloud solutions
• Should be able to clearly speak and identify potential issues and workarounds proactively based on his / her previous experience
• Should have good knowledge about the limitations of SFDC/Veeva cloud architecture
• Should be able to work as a solution architect for Merck's current and future SFDC/Veeva deployments
• SFDC Call center knowledge is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• A strong 'self-starter', able to work independently on a global basis
• Writes and speaks fluently in English, but capable of effective communication in a multi-cultural environment
• Shows drive to deliver quality work
• Customer-oriented
• Creative problem solver
