1.The ServiceNow System Administrator is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the customer and customers IT group
2.The ideal candidate can apply good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
Responsibilities:
1.Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
2.Consults with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solutions
3.Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
4.Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture
5.Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
6.Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration, Creating and modifying JavaScript, Development of transform maps between input sources and ServiceNow CMDB, Configure ServiceNow Discovery settings and rules, Designs, codes and test technical solution, Make recommendations and help implement changes to the functionality of the CMDB within ServiceNow, Provide analysis and resolution for issues that arise during build and following production deployment
Skills Overview:
1.Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
2.Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
3.Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
4.Understand full application lifecycle
