Job Duties:
• Review, analyze, and evaluate Business, Systems, and User needs.
• Document requirements; define scope and objectives.
• Assess risks and challenges.
• Track and report on progress on tasks, and deliverables.

Skills and Experience Needed
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills:
• 5 years Requirements development, implementation (including functional requirements, design, and testing), and post-production support
• 5 years Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) or Healthcare industry
• 3 years CORE applications and systems, and processes, effectively understanding business needs and translating into functional specifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
