We are trying to recruit some Sr Technical Recruiters and RPO Sales guy for one of our sister concern in Chandigarh / Mohali area. 

Job Description:

 

Job Profile: US IT Recruitments – Technical Recruiter | Senior Technical Recruiter

 

Luminous Tec is currently looking for 3 Sr. Technical Recruiter for our Mohali, Punjab office.

 

Years of Experience: 2+ years

 

The Recruiter will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with account managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, just-in-time and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

·         Confer with account manager and senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.

·         Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Luminous Tec's leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.

·         Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.

·         Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.

·         Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

·         Prescreen candidates and check and their technical competency before presenting them to the account managers for submission

·         Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.

·         Work with candidates short listed by client for phone screen and face-to-face interview.

·         Manage scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and clients by providing detailed information on the company, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.

·         Perform detailed reference checking and background check on selected candidates and reviews results with account managers.

·         Extend offer of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the account managers and within the guidelines of Luminous Tec's compensation policy

·         Manage presentation, selection, negotiation, offer tendering, closing the deal and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.

 

Required Skill Set:

 

·         Extensive experience in US Recruiting Industry.

·         Good understanding of technical skills.

·         Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

·         Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Dice , Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Google etc. to source Candidates.

·         Must have excellent Sourcing skills. Strong knowledge and understanding of Boolean Search is required.

·         Strong knowledge of US tax terms like W2, 1099 Corp-to-Corp, etc.

·         Good knowledge of different visas like H1B, GC, TN, EAD, etc.

·         Must have a solid track record of placing candidates in the contract staffing model in the US geography.

·         Ability to attract and retain Talent.

·         Must be familiar with proactive recruitment & willing to work in the Night Shift EST/PST.

(Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization)

 

Candidates having Technical diploma/degree will be given preference.
