Position: Java Front-end Developer
Location:  Dallas, TX
Duration:  12+ months

FYI – We are on a J2EE Platform - Programming language Java5 and Java6 – depending on project               

Front-End Developer:

• Front-End Developer's primary responsibility will be designing/coding the front-end of the application, but candidates need to be skilled in core Java programming and know back-end development as well
• Candidates must know best practices development and know/follow coding standards – Good understanding of the web development process including; wire-framing/mockups, development, debugging and testing
• Candidates need to have a solid understanding of OO Design and recent experience with the following technologies: Web 2.0, AJAX, J2EE, JMS, Spring and/or Struts, XML, JQuery, HTML (HTML5 would be great), CSS, (CSS3 would be great), strong SQL knowledge AND candidates need to have core Java programming knowledge 
• Resume - Manager likes to see what specific work the candidate has done on the front-end and what technology did they use to design the UI
• The following skills/knowledge are a PLUS: UI Design Concepts, DOJO and/or Mootools, CMS and Mobile Development, Secure Coding Practices, PCI Data Security Standards, OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project)
